This is Gabriel Aquino. A.k.a. Gabby
On May 14, 2016. Gabby and his group decided to go home after hanging out together. Laila Sulaik, who was already tipsy at that time, went to the driver’s seat, and insisted on driving for everyone.
Gabby tried to convince Laila that he take her place, knowing he was the only one sober, but Laila was already set.
He told Laila to slow down as she was going on at around 100-120 km/h at Mamay Road, nearing a blind curve.
Laila attempted to overtake the vehicle in front of them by swerving to the opposite, but was met with an upcoming vehicle.
The three vehicles collided resulting to Gabby’s death. Laila fled the gruesome scene after the incident.
Up until no warrant has been filed and Laila is in hiding. The charge against her is Qualified Reckless Imprudence Resulting to Homicide.
